| Information Security |
.Information security is maintained primarily through automated systems which are password protected and highly secure. All our information systems are kept on web servers with file level security behind hardware internet firewalls and are scanned frequently with current anti-virus software.

| Fire Protection System |
The whole premise--office and warehouse area is fully sprinkled, zoned, linked and registered with a third party monitoring agent.

| Theft Prevention System |
- Warehouse access monitored by CCTV recordings
- Visitors to premises are only by appointment, accompanied by Crown and first registering at reception situated in the main lobby

| Pre-Employment Screening & Background Checks |
All persons applying for employment with Crown in Canada are screened to ensure they are legal to work in Canada. Further, all applicants to Crown in Canada are subject to background checks as allowed under Canada's Privacy Act.

| Employee Training |
| Employee Training is done through eLearning programs and on-the-job training. An internal code of conduct is implemented and monitored through the use of Crown's Employee Manual. Disciplinary action is subject to the rules and policies set forth. All new employees undergo a training and orientation program not limited to their own specific work scopes. They are empowered to report and be aware of events relating to the security of the complex. |
