| Information Security |
Staff are subject to security checks, wear uniform and carry identity cards to gain access.
All visitors to site are escorted at all times and they may only access certain areas that have been agreed with the centre manager for the purpose of the visit
We protect client anonymity by only using barcodes to identify information held on our sites
All IT data systems are kept on servers with file level security behind internal firewalls and scanned frequently with the latest in-virus protection software
IT systems are password protected
All vehicles are fitted with alarms and immobilisers and are locked when unattended
No client data is kept in vehicles overnight.

| Fire Protection System |
The centre is manned continuously during normal hours of operations, with 24 hour monitoring for fire and intrusion linked to local fire station
There are manual “break glass” fire alarm call points throughout the facility
The centre is fitted with zoned smoke and ionisation detectors at all levels within the racking, linked to the fire alarm system
The records storage area is segregated into zones with 4-hour rated “Durasteel” firewalls between chambers.
There is a strict NO Smoking policy on this site.

| Theft Prevention System |
- All visits to the site must be by prior arrangement and visitors must bring photographic ID with them as proof of identity
- Visitors must be accompanied at all times by Crown staff
- Staff are subject to security checks, wear uniforms and carry photographic badges at all times to gain access

We offer vaults that are both temperature and humidity controlled to provide the optimum environment for the information we hold such as magnetic media.

| Pre-Employment Screening & Background Checks |
All successful applicants are checked to ensure they are legally entitled to work in the UK. Any offer is subject to the receipt of satisfactory references. Unspent criminal convictions must be declared.
