CROWN WORLDWIDE SERVED AS CORPORATE HOST FOR "JOURNEY OF OPPORTUNITY" ACTION DAY

Crown's Corporate Social Responsibility Program Supports Employee Volunteerism Events in Hong Kong

Hong Kong, May 7, 2009—Crown Worldwide Group, a worldwide leader of global mobility, relocation services, information management and high value logistics, acted as corporate host during the second ENGAGE "Journey of Opportunity" Action Day event, for 2009.

On April 3, Crown Hong Kong was one of four corporate host companies that opened its doors to a team of underprivileged youth from Tin Shui Wai, one of the most deprived districts in Hong Kong. Approximately 40 people, including student, corporate, Community Business and nongovernmental organization (NGO) representatives, toured Crown Worldwide's Hong Kong's facility in Shatin.

ENGAGE Journey of Opportunity Action Day is a campaign launched by the Community Business Leadership Team (CBLT)—an organization made up of business leaders in Hong Kong committed to a spirit of serving the community in Hong Kong.

The aim of the campaign is to encourage more companies in Hong Kong to embrace employee volunteerism and recognize the benefits for not only the community, but businesses, too. This year's event benefited young people in Tin Shui Wai for the second successive year.

Crown's involvement in the campaign is part of its increased effort to help sustain each of the communities where it conducts business.

Maurice Wong, Crown's Human Resources manager, Greater China, said: "Positively impacting the communities we serve is one of the core values of the Crown Worldwide Group. We strive to remain good corporate citizens and the Journey of Opportunity Action Day is a meaningful event that Crown is happy to participate in; and engage our employees in, by becoming volunteers for the day."

Wong further explained that students and corporate volunteers spent a total of three hours at Crown's office and warehouse complex in Shatin, touring the warehouse for relocations, records management and logistics, and that "fun, interactive games were specially designed to show the students our operations process and to give the youngsters a taste of working in an international relocation company, the fun way."
