Crown Records Management serves large and small corporations worldwide. The Records Management site combines Crown's global expertise with its regional capabilities and its local Management Centers. With the addition of this Web site, Crown Korea can now provide information about its Management Center in Seoul, and details of security features, storage capacity local staff, as well as key Crown group information, to the Korean market. One unique feature of the site is the Customer Center which provides Crown's clients with a variety of ways to request retrieval of records in storage and to access information about those records, 24 hours per day. Clients can view the number of records in storage, where records are in their retention cycle and which records have been retrieved. They can also access and manage invoices in Korean.
