About Crown Records Management - Hawaii
Our Mililani Management Center is strategically located to serve clients throughout the region. Crown Hawaii was one of the earliest locations established by the Crown Worldwide Group. Today, we have a warehouse featuring over 2.5 million cubic feet of storage capacity, state-of-the-art security, fire protection and environmental systems.
Our team of professionals provides clients with offsite document management, scanning, imaging, shredding, destruction as well as offsite data protection and media management. We serve universities and clients in the hospitality industries, and have been serving the U.S. military for many years.
Working with the military requires stringent safety and security procedures such as regular testing our monitored alarm system, video surveillance and fire suppression systems. We are also required to keep a register of pest control applications and maintain a smoke free environment. At any time, military inspectors can, and do, make surprise inspections to ensure all regulations are being followed.
