Nicola Valentine currently serves as the Americas Regional Director for Crown Records Management. She joined Crown's Auckland, New Zealand office in 1994 as Records Management Supervisor and in 1997, took over as Managing Director.

In 2000, Nicola relocated to California and served as an Account Manager until 2003, when she received the global appointment as the Group Training Manager for Systems & Procedures for the Crown Group. In 2005, Nicola was promoted to General Manager Crown Huntington Beach and in early 2006, was appointed as Regional Vice President, Western Region.

Under Nicola's Management, the Crown Huntington Beach team has won many awards including "Branch of the Year," 3 years in a row; "Top Performer Quality Award," 2 years running; a "Special Achievement Award" and "Most Improved Branch." In addition Nicola has earned the QUEST Quality Pin Award which is given to Crown staff members who go "above and beyond the call of duty to delight their clients" and has been inducted into the QUEST Hall of Fame, established to recognize exceptional Crown employees who provide outstanding support to all of their clients and/or have demonstrated a dedication over a long period of time.

In 2009, Crown Americas made the strategic decision to invest in its records management business and with her extensive experience and proven track record, Nicola was chosen to head up this important division of the Crown Worldwide Group. Nicola is a member of PRISM and ARMA and is successfully managing sales and operations of the records management business across Crown Americas.
