Scan-On-Demand services provide clients throughout Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernadino counties in Southern California with instant access to electronic images of their hard copy records. Document imaging systems are used to convert paper records into digital images, whether it's just a few sheets of paper or millions of pages.

  • Working in partnership with our clients, systems are implemented to scan documents as soon as they arrive at a Crown Management Center in Huntington Beach. These on-demand Records Scanning services transform hard copies into electronic data. The data is then stored on any media storage device the client needs.
  • Or, for individual file management and document file management, records can be scanned and made available electronically. Clients simply make a request by calling, faxing or logging into a secure server. Crown will identify the bar code of the carton and individual file that is in storage, retrieve the document, immediately perform document scanning services, and make it available to the client in whatever format that is required.
  • Crown also provides a service called Data Conversion. By implementing Optical and Intelligent Character Recognition (OCR and ICR) software during the imaging process, images can be transformed into meaningful data. By using these document scanning services, data can be sorted, indexed, organized and fully searchable, for easy access.
