Johan Brink began his career with Crown in 2004 as an Operations Supervisor in Auckland New Zealand where he was able to gain a comprehensive understanding of Crown's systems and procedures.

In 2007 Johan transferred to the records centre in Burlington Ontario where he has been instrumental in the set up and growth of this operation. His role involves providing a secure and responsive service to his customers, utilizing technology to manage the records inventory, training staff and maintaining the vehicle fleet.

Johan speaks two languages: English and his native Afrikaans. He has a special interest in learning new technologies and is often praised by his clients due to his friendly nature and quick response to service requests.
