Anna joined Crown in 2002 to oversee the start up of Crown’s Imaging Business Center in Singapore, including the Scanning and Microfilming units, expanding the operation to its current size with 25 staff members.

In her current role, she oversees the corporate services department and maintains existing accounts and develops new business from this pool of clients. Her key area of expertise lies in the operational aspects of conversion of documents into digital copies.

Having completed a number of scanning projects, Anna can now offer in-depth advice to clients on how best to scan their documents as well as the most efficient way to index these images for future retrieval. She is also able to provide advice on the type of system that is best suited to client needs and can recommend appropriate retrieval modes. This sharing of experience from various previously completed projects gives our potential clients an excellent knowledge base to consult from when it comes to the analysis of their own needs for scanning.

Anna is also continuously monitoring and assuring that the training of new operations staff is consistent and well performed, to ensure that the imaging duties are correctly performed. In addition she oversees the workflow for projects that require certification.
