A Customer-focused Approach

At Crown, we believe that all clients, large and small, deserve the highest quality service possible. Whether your requirements are complex or simple, large or small, we will work with you to customize your services and enhance your records management program.

We assign an Account Manager to each and every one of our clients. He or she is responsible for every aspect of their client’s account including organizing bi-annual meetings to review the client's KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and ensuring that any operational issues are dealt with in a professional manner. They also provide a proactive forum to discuss ideas that will continually improve Crown’s service delivery.

Many of our staff are bilingual and are able to communicate in French. Our English and French speaking staff helps us to serve our clients in the French-speaking region of Quebec and the surrounding areas. They are full time staff members who have a thorough understanding of Crown's operations and can communicate clearly and consistently with French-speaking clients.

Our warehouse staff and drivers also play a significant role in the service delivery. They are screened, undergo security evaluations and have to demonstrate safe driving records before they are employed. Once they begin working at Crown, they are required to sign confidentiality agreements and only these Crown staff members are allowed entry into Crown’s Management Centers.
