PRISM International

PRISM (Professional Records & Information Services Management) is a not-for-profit trade association for the commercial information management industry. The organization is made up of outsourcing partners that provide physical and digital information protection, access, retention, storage and disposal services. The headquarters of the organization is located in the Raleigh, North Carolina area. A European Secretariat is located in Brussels, Belgium.

PRISM International members include the owners and senior management of information management companies around the world. Since its founding in 1980, PRISM International has expanded to include members in more than 40 countries. Their vision is to be the primary global resource for commercial information management outsourcing providers. They provide education, serve as advocates to governments and media, exchange information and create networking opportunities, while fostering professionalism and ethical standards of conduct.

ARMA International

ARMA International is a not-for-profit professional association and the authority on managing records and information--paper and electronic. ARMA offers invaluable resources including legislative and regulatory updates, standards and best practices, technology trends and applications and books and videos on managing records and information.

The association was established in 1955. Its approximately 11,000 members include records managers, archivists, corporate librarians, imaging specialists, legal professionals, IT managers, consultants, and educators, all of whom work in a wide variety of industries, including government, legal, healthcare, financial services, and petroleum in the United States, Canada, and 30-plus other countries.
