Records Management Invoicing is our bespoke invoicing system. This allows online or e-mail distribution of invoices, as well as dispute resolution. Interfacing directly with RS-SQL and Great Plains, it allows our Customer Service Staff to quickly resolve invoice disputes through Credit or Debit note creation without shifting paperwork between internal departments.
This is O’Neil Software’s client interface. This software allows customers to view and update their inventory on-line, as well as produce service requests; track orders and download information directly from their in-house proprietary systems.
