On a monthly basis Crown contacts a random selection of clients to assess our performance. We ask varied questions aimed at identifying our strengths and any areas of potential weakness.
ISO Quality Standards
Most of Crown’s offices are certified to having met ISO quality standards. This guarantees that we are working toward standard systems and quality procedures being used throughout all Crown offices. These are periodically audited to maintain compliance.
Quality Facilities & Equipment
Because profits are reinvested back into the company (private ownership), Crown is able to invest heavily in property and equipment.
Storage Cartons (Boxes)
Specifically designed with document retention in mind, Crown’s boxes are extremely well built. Document storage is not a short term solution and therefore careful consideration has to go into every aspect of designing a box. Our boxes have a number of benefits that are not always obvious. Nevertheless, once utilized, our clients soon learn the benefits of the Crown box.
