Crown offers specialist consultancy services to assist our clients in developing best practice within their own organization. Whether looking at hard copy document retention policies, or Disaster Continuity Planning, Crown can help with the planning and implementation.

On-Site Service Provision

Crown provide dedicated personnel to work within our Client’s environments, both in dedicated File Stores, to providing ‘on-site’ cataloguing, and file management solutions in City Centre offices.

Data Entry Programs

These services are designed to enable customers to have a full inventory of all of their files. All too often companies do not have a complete listing of their stored information and items can often get lost. This service creates a full inventory database of items, to the specific needs of the client.

File Management Programs

Specifically designed to provide instant, frequent access to individual files. This service is offered for ‘active’ ‘live’ documents, from either on site facilities, or from Crown’s own specialist centers.

Carton (Box) Management Programs

For less active documentation, Crown offers document storage service ‘by the box’. This provides good access with reduced storage rates.

Deep Storage Solutions

This service is designed to meet the long term needs of customers who have items that are to be retained for statutory reasons, but are highly unlikely to be required to be accessed.

Automated Destruction Programs

Once items reach the end of their statutory retention period they can be destroyed. Unfortunately, many organizations do not effectively manage this process and as a result they end up retaining mountains of items that could be destroyed. Crown’s Destruction Review program automatically notifies clients when items can be destroyed, so that ‘document mountains’ are kept to a minimum.
