CrownInteract
CrownInteract is a web-based interface that links all the information about the record, taken from the bar code system, to a password protected server. Clients can easily access all of the information they need, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via their own Web site. Clients can view how many records are in storage, where their records are in their retention cycle, which records have been retrieved, etc. They can also view retrieval histories and billing information.
RMi
Records Management invoicing is a subset of CrownInteract, which provides clients with real-time access to their invoices through their own Web site or through Crown’s. It provides instant online access to new invoices, invoice history and payment status in various languages and formats. Clients can approve invoices for payment and run historical reports.
RSWeb.Net
RSWeb.Net is the leading record storage and management software product from O’Neil Software. RSWeb.Net gives clients the ability to view and manage their records and documents in real time, via Crown’s Web site. Crown is an O’Neil Software Strategic Partner and has integrated RS-SQL® bar coding software into its customized software solutions.
Imaging & Data Hosting
Scanners can be used to convert paper records into digital images and stored on any media storage device required. By implementing Optical and Intelligent Character Recognition (OCR and ICR) software during the scanning process, images can be transformed into meaningful data. Electronic files can be uploaded to a server enabling clients to access them via a standard desktop internet browser. Storing the electronic data with a professional records management company or with a third-party data hosting company provides clients with an off-site data storage solution, which creates a backup system for important data and adds another level of security.
