Crown Interact is a web-based interface that links all the information about the record, taken from the bar code system, to a password protected server. Clients can easily access all of the information they need, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via their own website. Clients can view how many records are in storage, where their records are in their retention cycle, which records have been retrieved, etc. They can also view retrieval histories and billing information.
RMi
Records Management invoicing is a subset of Crown Interact, which provides clients with real-time access to their invoices through their own website or through Crown’s. It provides instant online access to new invoices, invoice history and payment status in various languages and formats. Clients can approve invoices for payment and run historical reports.
RMweb
RMweb provides real-time access to records in storage, enables clients to request a service, track the status of business information and generate customized reports. Crown is an O’Neil Software Strategic Partner and has integrated RS-SQL® bar coding software into its customized software solutions.
