Debbie is the South Africa National Sales Manager for Records Management and has been actively involved in the industry since 1999.

Debbie started her career in Records Management with a South African competitor. She was a Sales representative for a year and then moved to Johannesburg into a Sales manager position.

In this position, Debbie was responsible for the sales team as well as managing Human Resource including industry relations, training and development and payroll. Her core function however was business development.

In 2007, Debbie joined Crown, as National Sales Manager. Her key strengths are to effectively coordinate and involve new clients in the records management function as well as assist them with strategic cost analysis. She is also a strong team player for her division/branches and is able to work with her staff on new jobs and assist in the process by imparting her knowledge to help create team motivation as well as confidence in what they are doing. She is also actively training clients on the in-house systems required for accessing their information and data.

Debbie, a South African National, has a Diploma in Human Resources.
