Flamely has been with the Records Management Industry since 1999 and with Crown since 2005.
In his current position, he is a Business Development Manager for the Middle East. In this role, he is responsible for setting up new records management Centers, expanding existing business and developing new businesses in this the region.
Throughout his career, Flamely has gained a wealth of experience in the field of imaging (scanning and microfilming) and IT. His strengths also include cost management, database management and training.
Previously, he held positions with a competitor as Sales and Marketing Consultant and moved on to become the Branch Manager. He was the youngest appointed Branch Manager in the company’s history and maintained more than 40% growth average during his time with the company.
Flamely, a South African National, holds a Diploma in Information Technology after 4 years at CUT (Central University of Technology in the Freestate, SA).
