Jeanine Hind has been involved in the records management industry since 1998 and has a wealth of experience and knowledge in all facets of the business. She has been with Grace Records Management for five years.

Before Grace, Jeanine worked in the document management, data protection and imaging solutions industry and has implemented Web-based solution software. Her current role as national sales manager for Grace Records and Grace Information Management brings together this wealth of knowledge and experience.

Jeanine's experience in managing sales teams in Australia, especially on the eastern seaboard, has seen Grace grow substantially during her tenure. In addition Jeanine's experience with government contracts is vast and includes projects such as sentencing historical records, entering and migrating data into Web based systems and managing major microfilm conversion.

Highlights of her career include managing a national contract implementation for a publicly listed software development company that involved over 120,000 data tapes for offsite storage and transitioning a federal government agency's records nationally. She has also been successful in winning many state and national tenders for Grace.

After studying chemistry at the Institute of Technology in Sydney, Jeanine spent many years in the pharmaceutical industry working as an analyst testing finished products. She is also a qualified real estate agent and has been a company director and secretary in two privately owned businesses. Her major strengths are her organization skills and personable style. These attributes along with her experience across a broad range of industries is a benefit to the Crown Group.
