With over 16 years of service to the Records Management industry, John holds a wealth of knowledge and expertise in this field. He joined Crown in 1975 and currently holds the position as General Manager Records Management for Crown Singapore, where he is responsible for all aspects of the records management business, the profitability of the Records Management and Freight teams and the overall operations.
Key responsibilities include all sales and marketing, business development, operations and support requirements of these businesses to meet the profit objectives.
His strength lies in his operations experience and problem solving abilities and over the years, he has built very good relationships not only with clients but also competitors.
John, a Singaporean National, is a member of the ARMA organization. He was also awarded the Crown Employee of the Year APAC award for 2006.
