Martin has been with Crown Records Management since 2002, when he joined the company from O’Neil Software, and has been within the industry since 1996. In his current role, Martin gives Support and Training for the APAC Region, managing the rollout of RMi, Crown Records Management’s invoicing system, throughout Crown and creating and maintaining Records Management training courses in various media.

He enhances workflow and procedures to promote accuracy, and provides records management resources for Crown Management Centers and aids them in creating specifications for custom software and liaising with IT.

Martin’s key strengths lie within the areas of workflow and operational efficiency, quality and accuracy. In addition, he excels when it comes to data analysis, and the development of efficient indexing programs. With Crown, Martin has already been successful with the rollout of RMi, RMResource and RMweb.Net across Crown’s worldwide network.

Prior to working for Crown, Martin held positions as Customer Service and Quality Control, with a competitor, then Software Trainer with O'Neil Software. He holds a bachelor's degree in International Business Relations, a graduate diploma in Export Management and a certificate from the Business Continuity Institute.
