Mona joined Crown in 2000 at the Hong Kong office and transferred to the holdings office in 2007 to take up the role of Quality & Client Relationship Manager for Records Management across the group.

In her current role, she is the Account Manager for many regional/global accounts. Her role is to maintain and ensure that a continuous and excellent relationship is kept with both existing and potential clients.

In addition, Mona is responsible for maintaining Crown’s client relationship system, Dolphin, providing internal training to Records Management sales staff and ensuring that the system is fully operational and continually improves Crown’s relationships with its clients.

Mona’s key areas of expertise lie in Client Relationship Management, Project Management and system training for the Dolphin system.

Mona, a Hong Kong National, has a B.A. (Hons) in Chinese Language & Literature from the Hong Kong Baptist University.
