KL Presents Virtual Office to the Dutch Business Council
The Malaysian Dutch Business Council (MDBC) holds a monthly event for their members called Members for Members (M4M). In early February, Crown KL was invited to host the second M4M of the year titled 'Outsourcing.'
The KL Crown Records Management team decided to showcase the benefits of records management outsourcing by thinking outside the "box." The complete event was hosted from a virtual office which was set up within the KL warehouse facility.
Reuben Nayagam, business development manager for Crown Records Management presented to an audience of over 40 from various Dutch industries from within Malaysia, demonstrating Crown's wealth of knowledge and expertise and outlining the clear benefits of outsourcing records management.

To keep the presentation as interesting as possible, the virtual office was fully equipped with workstations, office equipment, and the typically large amount of documents and files you might find within an organization that hasn't already moved to records management outsourcing.
Following a brief slide presentation, the team conducted a live demonstration of Crown services, combining a physical collection with the relevant screen shots of Crown Records Management' online systems.

The event turned out to be very successful with a lot of very positive feedback from the attendees.
