Crown Records Management Malaysia Sponsors Healthcare Conference

Recently the Crown Malaysia records management team was able to show off their digital capabilities in a very appropriate setting: a healthcare conference entitled "Operations & Maintenance." Among the focus points was how to reduce costs through more efficient operational practices—this covered document management.

The delegates consisted of mostly senior medical professionals, who are attached to large hospitals around the region. The team had the opportunity to speak to most of them over the two day event and even had the chance to present Crown's services to a senior Malaysian Health Ministry delegate during the first day of the conference.

Crown was an exhibitor and sponsor of the event and had a booth right outside the main conference room. There has been an ever increasing amount of interest with scanning and imaging services recently and the team thought there would be no better way to present Crown Records Management than by showcasing its digitizing benefits and services.

LCD screens were set up so that delegates could be shown one on one the technology solutions via a host of tailored, mini slide shows specific to the healthcare industry. Keeping with the theme, Crown thumb drives were presented to delegates, preloaded with Crown’s brochures, case studies and mini slide shows as their first step toward digitization.

Also on hand to provide their valuable knowledge was Crown's, Martin Cole, systems consultant & trainer for APAC and David Norris, business development manager from Indonesia. Crown Malaysia is currently following up with many of the delegates and hopes to be providing them digital solutions in the very near future.
