PRISM International Asia Pacific Region Conference 2009, Bangkok
PRISM International held its Asia Pacific Regional conference in Bangkok on February 18-20, 2009 at the Landmark Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand.
As an active member of PRISM International, Crown Records Management was a sponsor at the event and was actively involved in the agenda. Martin Cole, systems consultant and trainer for Crown RMS, APAC, led a networking roundtable session on key performance indicators for the RMS industry.
Mona Lai, group quality & relationship manager, represented Crown as a panelist in a presentation entitled "Getting Started in Hard Copy Records." Philip Britton, group vice president of Crown Records Management and member of the International Board of Directors for PRISM International commented, "Mona gave an excellent presentation providing insight into educating clients about the value of providing excellent services. The PRISM events help to reinforce Crown Records Management as the best in the industry on a regional and global basis."
