In 2009, Crown Americas made the strategic decision to invest in its records management business. Nicola Valentine, who first joined Crown's Auckland, New Zealand office in 1994 as Records Management Supervisor, was chosen to head up this important division of the Crown Worldwide Group.

Nicola is a member of PRISM and ARMA and is successfully managing the sales and operations of the records management businesses across Crown Americas.

She has over 15 years of records management experience within all aspects of the business from starting up facilities to implementing new client accounts and transitioning their records into Crown's facilities.

Nicola stated, "We are very proud to have clients in our facilities in California, Nevada, Texas, Virginia, New York, New Jersey and Hawaii in the United States, and in Toronto and Calgary in Canada as well as San Jose, Costa Rica.
