It's Show and Tell in Dubai
To showcase their services, the Crown Records Management team has opened a showroom at their office in Dubai.

The showroom has temperature and humidity controls and keypad security access. It is a self-contained area within the office space, accommodating some 15,000 cartons. The facility is immaculate, light, clean and extremely tidy. All items are bar coded and processed into the shelving accordingly.
"This is all about enhancing the client experience when visiting Crown," said David Fathers, commercial manager, Continental Europe, "It enables us to offer a complete overview of Crown's capabilities."
"The tour begins in the new showroom where the clients are given a demonstration of the entire process. They are encouraged to get "hands-on" by creating a work order in RMWeb, applying bar code stickers and physically scanning the carton while they are transported into storage.
"This offers the client a full experience of how Crown's services are carried out, being fully interactive." said Andy Marshall, regional director for the Middle East. "A number of clients have visited the new showroom already. We are excited about our new showroom and look forward to hosting many clients in the future."
