Marked by over 23 years of service to the industry, Peter has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the records management industry. He joined Crown in 1994 and has since worked in several offices providing records management services throughout Crown’s global network.

Having held positions from sales and customer service to administration and operations to his current position Peter has a very well rounded background in all aspects of Records Management. His current position is Operations Director for Crown Records Management, Americas.

His specialty is the RS–SQL system and the physical operation of Records Management covering administrative, warehouse and transport procedures. He is also extremely well versed in the technical aspects of RS-SQL and SQL itself—having been involved in the roll-out, initial installation and training. This background allows him further flexibility when accessing data in RS-SQL with an eye in generating both internal and external customized reports.

Peter has lived and worked in Hong Kong, Singapore, the United Kingdom and Hawaii prior to relocating to Huntington Beach, California. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona (Tucson, Arizona, USA), and is a member of PRISM International and ARMA organizations.
