Have began in this industry in 1989, Philip holds a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the information management industry. As Crown’s Group Vice President of Records Management, Philip’s main responsibility entails promoting the benefits of Records Management to Crown’s clients, from implementation to rolling out procedures to best practices.

Philip’s role includes the development of new products and services, including the roll out of new technology systems to Crown’s 250 Management Centers. CrownInteract, a fully customizable, web-based system provides clients with easy access to their records management information, and a new Account Management tool, helps the Records Management team to respond faster and more accurately to complex, multi-country service/rate requests and provides global, regional and local reports. Another important aspect of his role is to share best practices such as Health & Safety, customer feedback procedures and operational efficiencies, including ISO processes and Management Center security systems.

Philip, an English National, holds a BA Hons from the University of London. He is also a Member of the International Board of Directors for PRISM International (Professional Records & Information Services Management). Philip’s strengths lie in his ability to promote Crown’s procedures, best practices and high quality systems throughout the network.
