Web-based Access via CrownInteract and RMi

CrownInteract is a web-based interface that links all the information about the record, taken from the bar code system, to a web-based server. Clients can easily access all of the information they need, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via their own Web site, or via Crown’s. Clients can view how many records are in storage, where their records are in their retention cycle, which records have been retrieved, etc. They can also view retrieval histories and billing information.

RMi, Records Management invoicing, is a subset of CrownInteract, which provides clients with real-time access to their invoices, through their own Web site, or through Crown’s. It provides instant online access to new invoices, invoice history and payment status in various languages and formats. Clients can approve invoices for payment and run historical reports.

RSWeb.Net the leading record storage and management software product from O’Neil Software. RSWeb.Net gives clients the ability to view and manage their records and documents in real time, via Crown’s Web site. Crown is an O’Neil Software Strategic Partner and has integrated RS-SQL® bar coding software into its customized software solutions.
