Soorjaneel has been working in the Records Management Industry since 2007 and with Crown since 2010. In his current role as general manager of Crown Records Management India, he has been responsible for improving customer satisfaction, expanding existing businesses, developing new businesses and introducing latest technologies and products across all Crown's record centres in the country.
Throughout his career of 23+ years, Soorjaneel has gained a wealth of experience in the field, including warehousing, distribution and logistics in the geographical regions of the Middle East, Africa and South East Asia. Soorjaneel has improved service quality, achieved operational excellence, managed large and culturally diverse teams and provided unparalleled customer service across the region.
Soorjaneel is an Indian national holding a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Calcutta, with a post graduation in Advertising and Diploma in Commercial Arts. He is also a Certified Internal Quality Auditor for ISO and a certified Fire Warden.
