Every asset under our management is tracked using barcode driven technology creating a full audit trail from initial receipt to destruction or permanent retrieval. We provide a client internet-based management tool which allows clients to interrogate their document status and order services online. RMi, an e-based invoicing system which enables electronic invoices to be generated and clients to have full access to their invoice and payment history was recently introduced in the UK.
