Wyman joined Crown in 2011 to oversee the Imaging Business Center in Singapore, including the Scanning and Microfilming units, expanding the operation to its current size with 30 staff members. He is also in charge of the 24hr Media Center.

In his current role, he oversees the corporate services department and maintains existing key accounts, developing new business from this pool of clients. His key area of expertise lies in the operational aspects of conversion of documents into digital copies as well as management of the media center.

Having years of experience in media management business in the industry and with Crown, Wyman is capable of understanding the market trends and requirements. He will be the best person to advice clients on their storage needs as well as statutory requirements on the topic of off-site media storage.

With hands on experience from a couple of high profile imaging jobs, Wyman can now offer in-depth advice to clients on how best to scan their documents as well as the most efficient way to index these images for future retrieval. He is also able to provide advice on the type of system that is best suited to clients’ needs and can recommend appropriate retrieval modes. This sharing of experience from various previously completed projects gives our potential clients an excellent knowledge base to consult from when it comes to the analysis of their own needs for scanning.

As the head of operations for both Media and Imaging departments, Wyman is constantly monitoring and assuring that the training of new operations staff is consistent and well performed according to a set of standard operating procedure.
