Crown Records Management has appointed Antony Biondi as its first Head of ECM to drive the business forward in the digital transformation space.
Antony has 13 years of experience in the field of Enterprise Content Management (ECM), including 10 years at Process Flows as well as working with vendors including NetDocuments and M-Files Corporation.
Now he is tasked with enhancing Crown Records Management’s digital offering and establishing the business as a leader in the field of digital transformation consultancy and solutions.
He said: “It’s an exciting role at a pivotal time when companies are increasingly looking for new answers to old business problems.
“I have worked in the ECM space for many years and I am passionate about supporting customers on their digital journey.
“Digital transformation is a crowded space, with many businesses focused on selling products, but Crown Records Management’s differentiation is our consultative approach.
“By taking the time to understand a customer’s pain points, or by analysing a company’s growth patterns, we can demonstrate how ECM and powerful digital software can resolve issues and enhance processes. It’s about outcomes first and foremost.”
Crown Records Management Regional General Manager UKI, David Fathers, believes the time is right to focus on a digital offering to enhance the scanning, records management, secure destruction and physical data storage services already offered by the business.

The announcement comes just two months after Crown Records Management unveiled a strategic partnership with Germany-based ELO Digital, a leading provider of ECM software and business workflow solutions.
