We are pleased to share our latest sustainability report highlighting the remarkable progress we have made in bringing sustainability and digitisation together at Crown Information Management and in embedding our three-pillar responsible business strategy across all our UK and Ireland brands.
Our UKI-wide highlights include:
- Achieving a 54.5% reduction in our Scope 1 and 2 emissions since 2019 and reporting for the first time on relevant Scope 3 categories
- Developing a social impact strategy to have a genuine and measurable impact on employment and skills opportunities for young people
- Maintaining our CDP B-listing for yet another year
At Crown Information Management, we are particularly proud to have:
- Further grown our digital services in 2024 and actively encouraged our clients to opt for solutions that reduce paper use, transportation needs and physical services
- Invested in our first three electric vehicles and made EV charging points available at five of our 13 sites
David Fathers, Regional Director, Crown Information Management UK&I says:
“At Crown Information Management, we have been transforming our business, and bringing sustainability and digitisation together to solve business problems and create financial, environmental and social benefits from changing how we manage records. We are proud of our achievements in 2024 and remain focused on continuing our efforts in 2025 and beyond.”
