What is Scan-by-the-Box?

For a flat fee of BHD 29 + VAT per box, you’ll receive:

• A Crown Information Management storage box
• Scanning to PDF at 300 dpi (A4/A3)
• Indexing (one field – typically file name)
• Up to 1,800 pages/images per box
• Free collection within Manama
• A secure link to download your digital files

Whether you’re scanning medical records, legal documents, service files, or personal paperwork, this service gives you a fast, compliant, and reliable way to stay connected—no matter where your next posting takes you.

What Happens After Scanning?

Once your documents are digitised, you choose what happens next:

Option 1 – Scan & Return
We scan and return your original documents to you.

Option 2 – Scan & Recycle
We scan and sustainably recycle your documents.

Option 3 – Scan & Shred
We scan and securely destroy your confidential files in-house.

Option 4 – Scan & Store
We scan and securely store your files in our Records Management Centre.*
