This hospital had a challenge around how they stored and managed their physical medical records. Historically, files had been put into whatever available space was available to them. Consequently, records were being held in 3 locations, all on different sites, which presented a logistical and accessibility issue.

The unpresented impact of the Coronavirus outbreak meant that our customer was forced to close their offices, with employees and fee earners working from home without access to their business-critical hardcopy information. This created a major challenge in how logistically files could be delivered to hundreds of fee earner homes and the data risk of moving sensitive information.

Catering for around 800 students worldwide, the school operates from Central London and Dorset. The project had a tight completion timeline of just 10 weeks. We also had to adhere to strict security guidelines, including preventing the joining of networks.
