Crown Records Management South Africa is proud to be recognised as a level 4 contributor on the B-BBEE Act.
The purpose of B-BBEE is intended to stimulate the process of participation of previously disadvantaged groups in the economy to lead to increased economic growth through skills development, employment equity, socio economic development, preferential procurement, enterprise development.
The B-BBEE scorecard is an important element in any business in South Africa, and this status shows Crowns’ commitment to the Act and the South African Government Policy.
The program seeks to offer support to businesses which actively contribute to Board based – Black Economic empowerment under the following elements:
- Management positions
- Employment equity
- Development in skills
- Enterprise and Supplier Development
