Supporting the NHS during uncertain times

We understand the need for healthcare facilities to increase stocks of essential supplies as the country is building its plans for dealing with the COVID-19 crisis. We also know that there is a challenge with on-site storage capacity.

Crown can support you by:

  • Managing your excess supplies in our secure off-site locations and deliver them as required
  • Storing non-essential items such as furniture and other equipment, creating room for you to expand medical care services

Digital delivery

Whilst the country is on lockdown, we absolutely need to control the interaction between people, to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

To keep your business running we will be providing a digital, scan-on-demand, service. For those organisations which are essential industries only, we will provide a physical delivery service, but this will be subject to very stringent conditions and we will be applying our ‘no-sign’ policy for delivered items.

Post-room

Whilst the country is on lockdown, we absolutely need to control the interaction between people. Many of our clients have closed their offices and sent all but a skeletal number of employees’ home. So how are you dealing with your post?

We have implemented several measures to underpin your post room service, ensuring that you continue to receive your mail and packages.

  • A virtual post room service is readily available to ensure you get your mail to your computer.
  • We can work to drive consolidation of last mile delivery reducing the number of contact points for your personnel.
